Many thanks to The whole Ralph team for their excellent work. From the initial meeting with Nick there was great communication and a very professional but relaxed experience. Dawid did most of prep and the silicon render/ external insulation work, and his work ethic and attention to detail were brilliant. Jake oversaw and completed the finishing of the work, and was always available if I had any questions. Any queries were rapidly answered, and all the work was completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Ralph Plastering and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks for all your help guys.

Re rendering or insulating the house is a considerable undertaking and an expensive one. It comes not without apprehension! I did a lot of research before choosing Ralph Plastering and did not regret my choice. I would say if you are thinking of applying external wall insulation to a period property you need to think carefully about what you are trying to achieve and which original features you want to keep as the insulation obviously adds width to the wall. I had conversations during site visits to clarify before going ahead with my choices. Many thanks to Jake, the supervisor, who responded politely and promptly to all and everything in the way of queries, the look I was trying to achieve and minor snags after the works and Tom, who managed all the necessary downpipe relocations and plumbing so efficiently. The plastering team were hard working and reliable and the finished work has been admired.

From the visit for the quote to completion of the job all the staff were polite efficient and tidy. The job itself went smoothly, well organised with materials being delivered and communication of how, why and what was needed to be done was well explained. This was an emergency job at high level above ground and they fitted us in with no problem. A great job and the school hierarchy are most pleased. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will be using them again for future projects

All personal were polite respectful and did their work to your high standard as of course you would expect they did there best to keep disruption to a minimum and always kept us informed of progress.

Job to replace and re-render 2 sides of my house. Thoroughly recommend Ollie and his team. High quality, the operational team were extremely hard working, considerate, friendly and kind. I trust if there's an issue they'll be to back to address it. Good relationship with a reliable roofing company - which was needed in my case. As another reviewer put it well, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Thank you for a great service....I really really appreciated it!

Jim Ridgwick

Very professional quotation service, and priced very reasonably. Would go to them again.

Ralph Plastering have done a fantastic job with our garage conversion. They came up with ideas we hadn't thought of which were great, and reasonably priced. The work was carried out in a timely manner, workmen were friendly and polite, arrived on time, worked full days, and left the work area very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Ray Bundock

The work looks great and the house should be much warmer now that winter is coming. I get lots of compliments on how the house looks. Nice people doing the work. Some of the communications could have been clearer on the details of what work was being done. It would have been great if you had dealt with the exterior fixings to the insulation as the electrians struggled to get a good fixing. I would happily have paid for this.

Bob Martin

My job was external insulation and rendering with silicon render. Workers diligent and hard working. High standards and completed in timescale. Particular care was taking in covering the ground right around property to prevent staining and impact on block paving and surfaces.

Peter Jones

Prompt hardworking. Probably need to chase with respect to certifications on the work at the end?

Both the boss and the workforce were very polite and very helpful. It was great not to hear the “f” word once.(We’ve had builders next door where swearing seemed compulsory) Not the cheapest on the market, but we felt they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves effectively, so were good value for money

Michael Fisher

We had a really good experience and although there were a couple of issues to tidy up at the end of the process I felt the customer service was excellent and there was a real desire to ensure we were happy with the finished product. In terms of pricing they weren’t the most expensive, nor the cheapest but we had confidence in this company straight from the initial visit to assess the quote.

David

I am so pleased with the work done on my house by Ralph with external insulation and render. The guys were very professional, polite and great workers and Jake always kept me updated on timings and checked I was happy at every stage. The finished result is amazing. I should also mention that the others involved, the scaffolders, the window sill guy, and the soffit guys were all very professional and polite also

We needed external wall insulation for our 1870s house. After many months of being messed about by firms making all sorts of promises they never kept, we happened upon Ralph Plastering, who came straight round and gave a very informal quote (so informal I wondered if they were for real), gave us a real World commencement date within four weeks and, despite some very trying weather conditions finished the job without much delay. We have lived in the house for fourty years and it has never looked as good as it looks now. The lads from Ralph were attentive, very hard working and kept us up to date with where they were, letting us know about any delays, when we could expect this or that job to be done. They took the utmost pains to keep everything tidy and to make sure that the finished job looked immaculate. Also happy to deal with little extras, for no extra cost. And the informal quote was what we paid. Very happy - five stars!

Skippy da K

From the start to the finish I was so pleased with the work done by Ralph. As well as their own people I needed extra things done ie soffits, guttering and windowsills which I left in their hands. From the scaffolders to the guys who did all the other stuff and especially the Ralph guys they were all professional, polite and hard workers. I have since had people in to do groundwork for my drive and they all said the work on the house was the best they had seen

Janet Cantrill

Very helpful, hard working and got the job done very well. We would recommend.

Ollie and team did a great job insulating and plastering the bedrooms in our new home. It was clear from the initial consultation that the team were experts in the field, with a number of good suggestions and the work was carried out to a high standard. Ollie and team were also flexible in accommodating our needs and fitted in the work around other tradespeople (window fitters and electricians).

Tom Carlton

Just a quick thank you to the team who came and rendered my house. We've had a few comments from the neighbours already who said it looked fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Rebecca Hastings

The team did an excellent job installing external wall insulation at my bungalow. They worked hard and kept the areas they were working in tidy throughout the duration of the job. As well as having a warmer house this winter, I've also been left with a much nicer looking exterior following the paint spray applied after finishing the work. I would definitely recommend Ollie and his team to anyone who is considering external wall insulation.

Ollie and his team were amazing, they did a fantastic job of plastering our house, so much so that when we were ready to render the outside of our house we knew who to call. From the initial stages, Ollie provided some sound advice with regards to the best render solution and also assisted choosing the colour, providing samples and images of houses with the colours we were interested in. Corresponding with Ollie was easy and straight forward. His team were professional and always kept the site tidy every night before leaving. I can not recommend Ollie and his team enough, the finish of the render is perfect and we are so pleased we chose the colour render and Ralph Plastering Services.

Big thanks to Ollie and his team who were all brilliant throughout their work on plastering and fixing thermal boards to pretty much my entire house. The attention to detail and the care they took was second to none. They were professional, polite, clean and most importantly to me, understanding about the fact I had to live in the house during the job. The team who were based here were a great bunch to have around and they were also fantastic with my kids and took time to explain what they were doing and talk to them whenever they were asked! Have had the house valued since and the agent commented on the quality of the work and who carried out the work as they had a job they needed doing themselves. They have basically played a huge part in creating our family home, so thanks again. Highly recommended and would use again for sure.
